Ingredients
1 package (11.3 ounces) Old El Paso Asado Chicken Street Taco Kit
2 1/2 cups shredded skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat
2 cups packed thinly sliced romaine lettuce
2 red radishes, thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup corn ( fresh or frozen )
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°; spray 12-cup standard muffin pan with cooking spray. Press tortillas from kit into prepared muffin cups; spray with cooking spray. Bake tortillas 15 minutes or until crisp; cool completely in pan on wire rack

 

2. In medium bowl, toss chicken and seasoning from kit. Fill tortilla cups with lettuce, chicken mixture, radishes, avocado, corn, onion and cilantro; drizzle with sauce from kit. Makes 12 salad cups
